What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Free Trial form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're interested in (optional), and any message you write.
• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject of your inquiry, and your message.

We do not require you to fill out a form to browse the site. You can call us, email us, or simply walk in.

How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to you about your inquiry — confirming a free trial visit, answering a question, following up about a membership, and so on. That's it.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not share your information with advertisers.
• We do not run advertising tracking or behavioral profiling on this site.
• We do not have a paid email marketing list — if we ever start one, we will only add you with your explicit permission.

Service providers we use

To run this site we use a small number of third-party services, each of which may receive limited information when you visit:

• Netlify hosts the site and processes our forms. When you submit a form, the information goes to Netlify before reaching us.
• Google Maps provides the map embed on our Contact page. Loading that page may share basic information with Google (such as your IP address).
• Google Fonts serves the typeface used on the site. Loading the font may share basic information with Google.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or behavioral tracking. The Google Maps and Google Fonts services described above may set cookies on their own domains as part of how they work, but we do not place tracking cookies of our own.

How long we keep your information

We keep messages and form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a record of past inquiries. If you'd like us to delete a record of your contact with us, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete a record of your inquiry from our records.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
